I confirm that the above information is correct and that I am entering the Denver Gorilla Run as a Event Marshal. I accept that there is a risk of injury, as with any road run. I am entering at my own risk. I understand that with any outdoor event, the weather may affect the course and the route may have to change to accommodate the existing conditions. If you are under the age of 18, we will send you a form to be completed by a parent/guardian before the day of the run.

After the event is completed, please keep me informed as to the ongoing efforts of the Mountain Gorilla Conservation Fund.    Yes         No
